Everest Region Expedition

There are mainly two climbing routes open for Everest  climbing expedition either through  the southeast ridge from Nepal and the northeast ridge from Tibet. Between these  two routes, the southeast ridge is technically easier and much more popular than the northeast ridge from Tibet side  and Nepal’s southeast ridge  route is most frequently used by international expedition team. This was the route used by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay in 1953 to summit Mount Everest. After the successful climb of Mt. Everest, many climbers from different parts of the world started competing for new routes, and record setting, and achieving prestige.
