Overview

Starting at altitude of 1760 m through wild and uninhabited alpine landscapes, this trek is truly a spectacular one. The trail runs through the meadows of Dzongri at 4,000 meters with superb close views of Mt Kangchenjunga, the 3rd highest peak of the world.

The trek from Yuksom to Dzongri is among the strenuous ones in Sikkim. Even the experienced trekking guides and porters get tired in completing this trek.
